as quickly as possible. It’s important to remember that, although the price is set by you, the value
of the home is determined by the buyer.

Condition- Another critical factor to homebuyers.
First impressions are lasting impressions.
Take a good look at your home as though you were a buyer.
Is everything well-maintained, in working order, clean and de-cluttered inside and out?

Location- You cannot change where your home is located.
If it’s on or near a highway for example, you’ll probably need to reflect this condition in your
price to compete with similar homes with better locations.
This works in reverse as well, if you have an awesome view compared to other similar homes,
your home's value would most likely be higher.

Marketing- You control the agent you choose to market your home.
Make sure the Realtor you choose is full-time, experienced, knows the local market and will give
you the maximum exposure your home needs to sell.
